Montrose Port Authority's acquisition of Montrose Port Industrial Park and the adjacent former Charleton House site marks a pivotal moment in our journey towards becoming a leading hub for renewable energy and sustainable business in the UK.

This development is set to play a crucial role in Scotland's energy transition, particularly in harnessing the vast potential of offshore renewables along Scotland's East Coast.

Montrose Port Industrial Park is currently undergoing the pre-planning application process, and public consultation events took place on the 29th and 30th of October 2025.
